We understand that families in our community are very eager to join us, and we are working tirelessly to serve as many scholars as we can.

• Fill out the Application form. Please make sure the primary email is spelled correctly.

• Check that email address for an email that asks you to fill out registration forms. You will normally receive it within a week of applying.

• All forms and documents must be submitted before being scheduled for orientation and classes.

To complete the registration process, please have these documents ready:

• Birth Certificate

• Immunization Records

• Proof of Address

• Official transcript from your former school

• IEP or 504 plan, if applicable

NOTE: The minimum age for enrollment is 16, and the maximum age is 21.
